Bamboo Restaurant + Lounge Bar has established a firm reputation on the New Tweed Coast as one of the finest culinary experiences in northern New South Wales.
Headed by Innovative Chef Greg Pieper, Bamboo is nestled amongst the lush surrounds of the Balinese-inspired Santai Resort at Casuarina Beach.
Bamboo received its second Chefs Hat by the coveted Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide awards in 2009 and Chef Greg Pieper was named Chef of the Year for the fourth consecutive year by the Gold Coast Magazine Awards. The renowned chef is often cited in the media for his contemporary creations.
Pieper’s dishes are described as contemporary Australian although hints of European flavours are evident. Greg uses an array of cooking styles and methods, but believes in simply putting the right flavours together to tell an unforgettable story.
